Please Note: An approved Food Service Request form MUST be received PRIOR to your event. Orders without a WPU food service request approval cannot be fulfilled as per University Policy.
We are very concerned with the health and safety of our campus and have strict health regulations that donít permit hot food to be out after certain time frames. Hot Food may not be left out for longer than 2 hours, regardless of the length of your event. So please keep that in mind while planning your event.
How To Place Your Order: All WPU departments that require budget approvals should place their orders online, print a copy and attach it to the WPU FOOD SERVICE REQUEST FORM and submit to Department Head/Provost for approval. Once all proper approval signatures are on the form, the Food Service Requests should be submitted via email to catering email@example.com.
Shoestring Menu: is available to only student groups funded by SGA.

Flavours Catering provides outstanding service at every event whether a coffee service, outdoor picnic or full-service waited staff occasion. For your convenience, SGA customers, as well as those paying with cash, check or credit card may place orders online, schedule or repeat an event, or request a menu consultation with our Catering coordinator. Cancellation or Changes or Increases : We must be notified of Cancellation,Changes or
Increases no less than 48 business hours
from the scheduled Catered Event. If event is on a Monday we must have
notification by 12:00pm Friday. If we are notified after this deadline you will
be responsible for expenses already incurred by the Catering Office or food amounts
not matching guest counts.
PLEASE NOTE: We block out dates that are at capacity for service. Please place your orders early to avoid disappointment.
